I got distracted - and having been distracted will share before I lose the random piece of trivia and never find it again.
Did you know the NZ Dept of Statistics have undertaken an analysis of births from 1980-2015 and ranked the most popular birth dates

What this random piece of statistical analysis shows is that my birthday is far from unusual - in fact relatively common with some 13,000 others sharing the same challenge of buying birthday cake on NYE.
In our family Tony's birthday is the least common, and Adrian's the most common- though had they still been alive Papa and Pop would have won the popular birthday dates by a mile.
