News and truth not always related

Loved the story about Fox News - their political expert saying " Burmingham ( As in the UK one) is a totally Muslim city where non Muslims don't go" This statement has been soundly rubbished and in a most unusual move Fox News has apologised for the error.Not without #FoxNewsFacts becoming the 3rd highest trending Twitter feed today. There are some great "facts" offered.

Saddest thing is the number of people who will accept the "news" without question - sadly not just a US phenomenon

A study of Fox News last year showed only 11 of the stories featured were true An almost equal number they labelled as "Pants on fire" (as in liar liar)
