Pretty sure I do more than 47

My kind of research reported in paper today. Evidence building that people who cry regularly have lower stress and blood pressure than stoics.Apparently those who document crying can show women cry 47 times per annum but men only 7. More crying happens between 7-10pm.

Evidence growing that "letting it out" is better for you than holding back and deadening your emotions
