At the risk of sounding cheesy

Hi everyone,

Starting to see the light at end of the tunnel of an incredible stressful 2 weeks at work with Karl. We have had a lost of 'worst case scenarios' occur during his absence and there will be an incredible amount of work for him to do when he gets back but we have strenuously avoided mentioning a word of this to him while he has been on his holiday.

Anyway, just got forwarded this delicious and informative cheese infogram via Buzzfeed, can't see family favourite Masdaam on there but am assuming it's somewhere similar to where Swiss is. I really want to try Stinking Bishop!
