Wet and wild but not criminal

Man in Dorset was swimming in a pool. Having a great time until a group of children splashed him. Man shouted at children. Police heard man shouting at children and came running. Two policeman jumped into pool and dragged man out - so we have 2 wet policemen and a cross but puzzled man. Dripping policeman then questioned man but decided that no crime had been committed. Dripping policeman then drove man home. Not the best work story that day.
