The art of governance

The Westminster style of government is set around a very staged debate style. Can be v boring; and often feels more than a little staged. You realise many other governments are not as staged when you read of riots or fights between members of parliament.In the Ukrainian Parliament last year there was a full scale fight between Russian sympathisers and the others.

Facebook user from Italy noted that the composition of photo exactly followed the lines of Renaissance painters - the result has gone viral. It is a classic in many ways.
