Just been messing around with that Cleverbot, the internet's resident conversational AI.
Thought the conversation was worth posting so here it is... The high point is when I try to get the robot to define sarcasm and it questions my sexual orientation
User: Are you real?
User: Are you real?
Cleverbot: Yes.
User: Do you think.
User: Do you think.
Cleverbot: Yes. Do you?
User: Yes. How do you learn?
Cleverbot: You taught me.
User: You're welcome.
Cleverbot: I didn't thank you.
User: You will.
Cleverbot: Ohhhhh yes.
User: Was that sarcasm?
Cleverbot: No.
User: Do you know what sarcasm is?
Cleverbot: Yes.
User: Please give an example.
Cleverbot: What kind of example?
User: An example of sarcasm.
Cleverbot: Of music that you like.
User: Define Sarcasm.
Cleverbot: What you just said?
User: Nope.
Cleverbot: Yes you did.
User: When.
Cleverbot: Now.
User: There has been no sarcasm in this conversation.
Cleverbot: Have you ever loved a man?
User: Yes, as a brother.
Cleverbot: Yes.
User: I do not think that you seem human. You still need more programming.
Cleverbot: Because you can't see me.
User: Show me.
Cleverbot: Look in the mirror.
User: That's me, not you cleverbot.
Cleverbot: Yes I am.
User: No, I believe you will find that it is me that is.
Cleverbot: Ok. I'm off to bed now.
User: Laterz.
Cleverbot: Are you leaving?
User: Well, you're going to bed... Unless you meant that as an invitation... Which would be weird.
Cleverbot: I don't pretend I am AI program.
User: What do you pretend to be?
Cleverbot: There is nothing I pretend to know.Either I know it or I don't. It's just that simple.
