Adding a professional touch

I am following on the theme of clever engagement of the elderly from Tony's post earlier this week - A German retirement community in Essen did a calendar where seniors amazingly recreated famous movie scenes using residents aged 70-98. The calendar models were interviewed about the project and said it was a ton of fun to dress up as their favourite actors. The shoot was done with professional stylists and photographers which obviously helped. Idea has since been picked up and recreated

in other countries

Seeing the images of this calendar it is much more likely to be one I'd put on the wall than the one that is sitting on my desk (because I can't bear to look at the images) This one was done by a rheumatology nurse and has photos of people with conditions including different forms of arthritis - perhaps the professional stylists and photographers might have helped - I'll let you compare

Which would you have on your wall - Dirty Dancing with the 98 year old models or rheumatoid arthritis with nail polish?
