Careers your guidance counsellor never mentioned

Today on our way to work we were driving beside a ute that advertised itself as being the leading provider of power tools for butchers.  We thought this was an unusual job.  Wondered how ute driver got into this career.  Did his guidance counsellor say "Young man have I got a match for your particular set of passions for power tools and meat"
Got me thinking about other potentially unusual careers.
Of course there were the window cleaners at Roppongi Towers in Tokyo that made me feel ill when I was there a couple of months ago.  Even then I mentioned it to be an unusual career choice.
What about armpit sniffer? People are employed to sniff underarms following use of deodorants
Apparently pet food is tasted by a team of human tasters - because the dogs and cats aren't good at writing the reports required by the quality team.
So should you be ready to change careers don't be limited to the choices that your careers advisor knew!!
